At Bogaerts, we offer an extensive range of materials. We aim to foster creative freedom by providing a wide array of options in colors and materials. Simultaneously, we place importance on raising awareness about our sustainable choices. This is why we have introduced the "Sustainable Materials" logo. This logo assists in selecting the most environmentally friendly materials for every project.
Designing furniture in a way that allows for easy disassembly promotes the reuse of components in new furniture. An example of this is that no glue is used in upholstering our products. This makes it more efficient to reuse or recycle materials at the end of their lifespan. These features also contribute to efficient transportation and repair of the products.
Through measurements, we can assess the carbon footprint of our products. We consider the footprint of a new product, a recycled product, and a reused product. The footprint of a product decreases as materials are used more times. For this reason, we place great importance on ensuring the long lifespan of our products, so that materials retain their value for as long as possible.
